There are several things I could come up with, which would aid the sustainability of my life. Such as reducing the amount of time I watch the TV or the time I am on the computer or in the shower in the mornings (electricity usage).
I could also reduce the amount of fuel consumption, and amounts of pollution I create from using my car, by using it less frequently.

But I would personally already find these tasks very hard to achieve, as although in a perfect world I would love to make myself and others live in a more 'eco friendly' environment to aid the world as a whole, but when it comes down to making these wishes into a reality, they are not as easy as you think...
As I would not be able to get to university for a start, without the use of my car, along with the world we now live in, creating the need for high levels of electrical and media usage, such as the computer to socialise/work, and watching the TV to unwind...

Ultimately, I would love to make myself more sustainable, by reducing the amounts of electricity and pollution I create, but practically at this moment in time this is not as possible for me to achieve as I would like.
Well at least you are honest...
ReplyDeleteWhat about changing things you buy, switching off a few lights, recycling, doing a bit of volunteering..some things are easier than you might think
Thanks :)
ReplyDeleteYeah I suppose I could opt to buying products with less packaging? and I am not one to leave lights on around the house anyway, as my dad has always had a 'thing' about leaving lights on :)
Oh and I do also always try to recycle the majority of my waste :)
